What does switchback mean?
When you turn the Leds on, they are a white running light, but once you activate a turn signal, they'll change to an amber colour
What does RGBW mean?
RGBW refers to the four hues of light (red, green, blue and white), that can be mixed together to form over 1 million different colour options!
Do your products have warranty?
- All pre-built housings come with a 1 year moisture warranty.
- Any additional Led accessories such as; demon eyes, led strips, halos, etc... have a 1 year manufacturer Warranty and will be replaced for no charge in this time period.

How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim please email us a picture of the moisture or led issue, and we will send you a return label to send the light/s in. We will then examine the product for damage. If there is any additional or abnormal wear and tear, warranty is void.
Who is responsible if I send my lights in for modification or warranty and they encounter shipping damage?
The customer is responsible for any damages caused due to shipping. We recommend to package the product exceptionally with bubble wrap etc..
What is the return policy?
We do not offer returns on ANY pre-built item. This is because we custom build everything specific to the customer.
Who is responsible if I do not specify the correct style of pre-built lights?
The customer is responsible if they do not specify the correct style of lights in the notes section on the cart page. In this case, a refund will not be issued and a new set will not be produced unless an additional order is submitted by the customer. When checking out, it is important to include the correct year, make, and model. We also require that the paint code is included at checkout in the notes section.
