1. SPONSOR

The BW Customs Sweepstake ("Giveaway") is sponsored by BW Customs ("Sponsor"), located In Calgary, Alberta. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other third party platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstake is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) and the United States (excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such individual, are not eligible to enter or win.

This Sweepstake is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Sweepstake begins on February 15th 2025 at 12:00PM MT and ends on March 30th 2025 at 11:59PM MT (the "Sweepstake Period"). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

(A) Purchase Entry

For every whole dollar spent on merchandise on BW Customs’ website (bwcustoms.net/collections/merchandise), participants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstake. Throughout the Giveaway period, bonus entry multipliers may be offered, allowing participants to earn additional entries on qualifying purchases. Example 50 entries with 100x multiplier would give 5000 entries Into the sweepstake. These promotional multipliers will be displayed on the official Sweepstakes webpage and are subject to change at BW Customs’ discretion.

(B) No Purchase Necessary Entry (Mail-In Entry)

To enter without making a purchase, participants must submit a handwritten entry request on a 9x7-inch piece of paper that includes: Full Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, Email Address, A brief statement (250 words or more) on why they would like to win this giveaway.

Mail-In Entry Deadline: Entries must be postmarked by March 30th and received no later than April 4th, 2025, to be considered valid. Each valid mail-in entry will receive 500 entries into the Giveaway. If the mail In entry Is postmarked through a bonus time period they will receive the corresponding bonus multiply to the Initial 500 entries. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Multiple submissions from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries within [10] days after the Sweepstake Period ends.

• The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or phone.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
• If the winner does not respond within the specified time, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with the Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

For Canadian Winners: To comply with Canadian law, the winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before receiving the prize.

For U.S. Winners: Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. BW Customs is not responsible for any tax implications.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

The winner will receive a custom automotive prize package, which includes:

Custom Headlights (Winner must provide headlights for modification)
Custom Taillights & Third Brake Light (Aftermarket options available; OEM modification if needed)
Paint-Matched Mirrors (Winner must provide mirrors)
Switchback LED Door Handles (winner may need to supply the door handles if vehicle Is 2019 or newer)
Custom Paint-Matched Trim (Winner chooses which trim pieces to paint-match excluding any Interior parts)
Custom Paint-Matched YETI Cup

The winner must provide certain parts (e.g., headlights, mirrors, potentially door handles, trim pieces) for customization.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): [$6500]

No cash alternative or substitutions are allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants BW Customs permission to use their name, social media handle, photos, and videos related to the Sweepstake for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
• Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently gain entries will result in immediate disqualification.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical issues or postal errors.

9. RELEASE & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to:

• Release and hold harmless BW Customs and its affiliates from any liability related to the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
• Assume all risks associated with the installation or use of any customized automotive parts received.
• Understand that the Sponsor makes no guarantees about vehicle compatibility for modified parts.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information collected for the Sweepstake will only be used to administer the contest and will not be sold or shared with third parties. By entering, participants agree to BW Customs’ Privacy Policy, available at [bwcustoms.net/policies/privacy-policy].

11. SCAM WARNING – BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT MESSAGES

BW Customs will never ask the winner to pay a fee to claim their prize. Any messages requesting payment or personal banking information are scams. The official winner will only be contacted via BW Customs' official email or social media accounts.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Alberta, Canada]
